New offices in Caen and Orleans to expand the network of the territory!

VALEMO has opened its 8th office in Caen to provide services on the Plateau photovoltaic site for which VALEMO has just signed an O&M contract with its customer ERG. The opening of the 9th base in Orleans will ensure the maintenance of the Mézières photovoltaic park, which was commissioned a year ago, and provide various technical services for the neighbouring parks. These 9 bases are located less than 2 hours away from our customers’ assets and are under the responsibility of 4 area supervisors. A network of local long-term partners reinforces the network of the territory.

VALEMO maintenance: Expertise and proximity in the field to serve our customers’ assets.

VALEMO’s Maintenance Department, made up of highly qualified technicians located throughout the country, guarantees reactive interventions to ensure the good performance of the parks. Providing a service that complements the operational monitoring, VALEMO’s forty or so technicians and technical support staff maintain the equipment in optimal working order and carry out interventions in the shortest possible time, in compliance with safety standards.

A workforce that will grow by nearly 20% by 2021.

With 7 new recruitments over the year 2021, VALEMO is strengthening its workforce at most of its bases, with more intensity at the Nantes base to support the development of MREs. Three new technicians and technical support staff are joining the Nantes team to carry out quality inspections of the 80 GE Renewable Energy Haliade 150 6MW wind turbines that will equip the Saint-Nazaire wind farm, the first French offshore wind farm. The VALEMO base in Nantes, with a staff of 15 people including the Marine Energy project managers, is being structured to provide closer support to its offshore customers.

A multi-energy and multi-machine expertise

The technicians are trained by manufacturers and turbine manufacturers (Siemens-Gamesa, Senvion, Enercon, Nordex-Acciona, Vestas, …), they are able to intervene on all assets: wind, solar, hydroelectric, EMR as well as on HTA stations. Their previous experience with equipment manufacturers and manufacturers reinforces their ability to analyze the operation of machines. They carry out preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance interventions within the framework of “Full maintenance” or “O&M” contracts with guaranteed availability.
