TRAININGS : VALEMO wants the best for its employees.

This year again, VALEMO has continued its investment in safety training for its employees.

All our maintenance technicians and technical support staff are trained to the GWO standard.

During the year 2022, 26 employees have been trained to GWO Basic Training (Working at Height, Manual handling, first aid, Fire Awarness), 16 of them in initial.

For our offshore teams, these modules have been supplemented by Sea Survival training and for some by the Advanced Rescue Training module.

The HUET (Helicopter Under Water Escape Training) course was also taken by some of them.

Within the framework of our contracts for the operation of HVB substations, some of our technicians/technical supports were trained this year in HVB consignment.

As every year, VALEMO organized in June, its safety days on PV and wind sites in operation.
